Absolutely love sending cookies as gifts. The customer service at the Bettendorf location is second to none. Very professional, store is always clean and they strive to make things simple. Would highly recommend to everyone!
The Spring Bouquet I ordered was perfect. The cookies were decorated beautifully and the gift was very well received. I was concerned that I would not be able to make it to the shop, to pick up my order before the store closed, but the young man that answered the phone assured me that he would accommodate me if I was a bit late. He was very cordial and delivered stellar customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bettendorf shop, and I would certainly order again if I need to. Thank you. :)
I was so excited to come here. I was in the area for work and was craving something sweet and found this place. Ratings were good so I bought a bunch of things to bring back home for my family. The vanilla cupcake was good. The cookies were extremely disappointing. I bought several kinds, but the one that was bad was the pizza slice chocolate chip slices. There was no flavor in them and they were so dry. Was really bummed!
This place has always been a tradition in my family. My mother, who passed away in 2011, used to get my brother and me these cookies as a surprise after school. To carry on that tradition I buy these cookies often. Most importantly, I purchase a hot air balloon cookie on her birthday, mother's day, and the anniversary of her passing. Upon hearing about my quiet tradition, the owner contacted me and made me complimentary hot air balloon cookies. Now to my surprise, whenever I go in on one of these days the entire staff knows my tradition. It is truly moving and so appreciated. Words can not describe how much the gesture has meant to me. I LOVE these cookies for so many reasons and the staff the "icing" on top.
Great place to visit with a variety of items to please every sweet tooth! I recommmend as you won’t be disappointed.
