Last night when cleaning my car, the tire cleaner/degreaser would not work. Despite me holding it for over 30 seconds, it just blew out mostly air and no cleaner. I then tried to use the wax setting and little to no wax came out (I know this 'cause I've used it for so many years and know what it's supposed to look/smell like).
Great car wash (until recently). I have used for years. In the past week I have visited twice. First time no attendant. I left and returned later that day and got it washed. Second time I went there three times and gave up as did the car in front of me. If they want business either have an attendant or change to a complete self-service model.
Time to move on.
They have lowered the price for the vacuums, which is nice, and finally replaced the hoses for them as well, but many things are still in disrepair. The concrete around the side where you exit from the back is downright dangerous.
Nice to have an attendant on duty that will help get the bugs off the headlights. Always helpful!
Fantastic service. I was too slow to put extra coins in when i heard the warning beep. They gave me a free token so i could finish washing my truck. Above and beyond service.
I've taken my cars to Devils Glen Car wash for the past 15+ years. Years ago, my friend's family owned it, so I always liked to patronize it. Despite two new car wash businesses going in down the street in the past five years, I've continued to take my car to DGCW.
Ok car wash not the best I've used
Last night was my last visit. I'd noticed that over the past couple of years, when I put in quarters for the car wash, when it got down to about 45 seconds left, it would just shut off. I would ask the attendant about it and get a free token, but I really wish they'd just fix the problem.
