Needed some unusual items, (replacement bathroom vent fan motor etc.). They were tucked away and hard to find. Two separatesees associates saw me searching and asked if they could help. With their help, i found everything I needed. Better service than Lowe's.
My husband and I purchased a new washing machine and dryer after looking online at different websites. We really liked the Whirlpool model at Home Depot so we had it ordered. Home Depot have free delivery so the set will be here in 1 week.
Janice in appliances was awesome. I don't know what to expect when delivered tomorrow, but if I have issues, I bet Janice will get it handled. Total confidence with this person. I read a couple of recent posts, and am disappointed that people knock on a business for things that are their own fault.
Bought a new dishwasher that was to be delivered the day before Thanksgiving. There was supposed to be installation with the delivery. Saw the salesperson enter for installation. When delivered, we were told that the installation was not on the order. Do not understand what happened. Store manager could only say I am sorry. Did not help in getting the dishwasher installed. Will not be purchasing any more appliances from Home Depot. Also did not get veteran's discount on veteran's day because it was a black friday deal.
We were just in there tonight looking for a fireplace screen door, all we saw were the full fireplaces. So we asked one of the workers if they had any, she replied with that they only had what was there. There was no offer to look up online to see if it would be possible to order what was needed. We ended up looking at the website ourselves and found so many selections of the doors that we needed. FREAKIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ain't ever going to recommend people here, we will stick to Lowes and Menards.
