What a waste of time. The receptionist is rude and argumentive. I was explained that my insurance wouldn't cover my visit prior to giving my information. She acted as if I didn't have any. I had to call a nurse to come out and answer my questions because she obviously couldn't handle it. From talking over me to eye rolling, it was very unprofessional. Not to mention the wait was over an hour. I asked if I could put my name on the list and come back when it was closer to my turn because who wants to wait an hour. I was told that if I walked out the door, my name would be removed from the list. So after waiting more then 2 hours i called back to talk with the doctor. The doctor listened to my symptoms and gave me some story about a survey that showed 90% of people who feel like me all had this and gave my a prescription prior to seeing the lab results n sent me on my way. They would call when they got the results. Never got a call and had to go to the emergency room 2 days later..... Do NOT go here!!
Do not go here. Both times I have seen the same nurse practitioner and both times she became argumentative with me about my choices in regards to certain medical treatment s. She said things to me like "I can see your just one of those". She got so wrapped up in telling me how wrong I was that she didn't even clarify if I needed antibiotics for a sore throat. I had to ask what was going on. Instead of doing her job and healing people and making people feel comfortable she uses her position to preach her personal beliefs in such a way that I felt as if I needed to defend myself. As I was leaving I heard another member of the staff ASK what had happened. I'm pretty sure you're not to share private information with others. I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed as I left. Shame on you and your staff for acting so unprofessional. I will not be back and I will make sure I let everyone I know not to go there or to any other genesis facility.
We have had to use this immediate care facility due to our Dr not having time to see our children. The receptionists have always been abrupt, the wait too long but the medical assistance beyond the door has been exceptional. Thank you.
The nurse practitioner today took little time to listen nor did she take the time to actually examine the affected area. Her diagnosis did not support the symptoms. When asked about this she did not want to hear it or explain any further. When asked about the medication she was planning on prescribing, I was told I could read about it when I picked up the prescription. It might have been one thing had they been busy, but they were not. I won't go back there.
very rude front desk and they refused to admit me ...I told that fat girl I am sick abd I was in pain not here to order a pizza but she said no we can't help you here!! who are you to decide that
