Rush you in the front and out the back, locking the door before business hours are over. modern day health care at work, makes you feel like you're just another insurance policy to charge prescriptions to instead of a patient with actual concerns. Go somewhere else if you value your health.
Everyone was very nice, the facility was very clean. Yet, on one occasion I went in with three people in the waiting room in front of me and it took just over an hour to get in and out. The second time there was no one in front of us in the waiting room and we were taken back to the exam room within about 5-10 minutes but then after talking to the nurse, waited in the exam room for around 35 minutes. So while they seem caring and competent, it did take a little while. Still better than waiting for an appointment though!
The staff was very friendly, kind & understanding. I go here all of the time & have never been disappointed. They are fast too. Which is hard at a walk-in because you just never know what is ahead of you. I really like it here.
