I felt disrespected by Burke Cleaner's when they screwed up and delivery delivered to wrong place. The office seemed more concerned about billing than service. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I am really disappointed; I was really counting on them in a time of need.

They shortened the sleeves on a wool winter coat for me. The seamstress was friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable.
