  I moved to Bettendorf in 2011 and almost immediately needed a new furnace. My brother suggested TMI and I have been very pleased with your service ever since. Your phone staff have always been pleasant and efficient and your service personnel have always been on time, work quickly and efficiently and leave without leaving any mess. I only wish that you could give senior citizens a little more of a break. I live on social security and it certainly doesn't always stretch as far as I need it to stretch. I have you here for annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner which I feel is necessary and gives me peace of mind, but also pushes my monthly check to its limit. Thanks for listening.

  I was very pleased with the work that Tom and Blake did in my home. They installed a water softener and purifying system, and an under-the-sink water purifier for my kitchen. They were polite and professional. Tom is a wealth of knowledge and Blake is eager to learn. I am very happy with what they did.

  TMI does a great job. We use Tom for all of our plumbing needs. They are always on time, courteous, and neat and tidy in my home. They do excellent work, and I would definitely recommend.

  TMI has given us excellent service. There is a technician who is absolutely wonderful. Mike Hofer has a great personality and he can fix anything! We are very pleased because he comes right away and fixes everything! He even fixed some sensors that were very difficult but he figured it out. I hope you will recognize him with any awards that the company gives out!!! Never let him retire!

  I was very fortunate to have Tom and Blake install a water heater, softener and a sump pump. They did great work. Good people. My plumbers for life!!
