I was in town visiting my great grandma for Easter and found out that her car had the check engine light on. I drove the car to auto zone and politely requested use of the code reader so I could determine the seriousness of the warning light. The manager refused to do the test or loan it to me due to me being in profession dress. I own a code reader at home and do my own car maintenance. I would have brought my own had I known the car had an issue. I highly recommend going somewhere else. I will be doing the same in my area where I live as well.
Need more knowledgeable personnel.

I don't think we've ever received the right part from this Autozone. Went in tonight for a break caliper for a 07' Ford Escape and I don't know what they gave me - maybe I would've had a chance if he wasn't rushing to get out of work on time. Horrible customer service.
I've had good experience in the past, but the last time I visited wasn't good. Prior to coming in last time, a guy at the establishment (whom was very nice, and well mannered) put in a new headlight for me. It was great, until I got home, and the next day realized it still didn't work. Called the store, another very nice man was cool about the situation, and said they'd replace it, no problem. Come in the same day, a lady (who appeared to be the manager, and had saw me the day before) helps me, and informs me mine was green, and theirs are blue. I don't know what she meant by it, it sounded like she was saying I changed headlights on purpose, and it wasn't their doing. Okay, like I don't even know anything about cars, hence why the guy had to put in the headlight for me the first time... so how would I even know how to change it? I didn't. This made me very angry, I just nodded my head, and went on with my day. I do not want to go back to this location, because how the lady was implying I was in the wrong, when they put in the bulb, not me. I mean maybe the manager was having a bad day or something, but still shouldn't bring it into the workplace in my opinion. This is the first bad review I've ever given any place, and it was just the one time deal. Hopefully this changes, next time. So I can update, and change my review for the better. Hate to post this.
