Being in service for so long, I believe it is a professional obligation of the registration department to inform the patient weather or not the facility and/or doctor are In-Network providers for the the cited insurance. And I myself being in service industry for so long, I believe is is VERY UNETHICAL to withhold that information.
I like the convenient office hours to accommodate my schedule. Thoroughly treated and cared for by Dr Dahl and her staff as a patient for 5 years.
I came to know about it only when the insurance got the claims and had a not covered amount in there.
Facility is out of network for Aetna as of the date this review is written.

Never in my whole life visiting doctors, I have had such an experience where I wasn't told by the service provider about such a major thing.
Though the facility has some very very good dentists and Hygienists and I had good experience with that, at the end it does comes down to the monetary especially when you are already paying for insurance.
A truly caring environment with two highly competent dentists. When you have an emergency they are there for you. Very friendly staff.
I am going to have to cancel all future appointment for me and my family and let the friends who are around with similar insurance provider know about it so they don't have to go through such an experience.
