Then gave us the keys to the wrong truck.
Finally just said here, take this one. Then called us 2 hours later because the truck ID did not match the contract.
Terrible rental experience. We had a reservation, arrived at 8am for pickup, did not leave until 8:50. The Home Depot rental people just could not figure out how to complete the paperwork.Called a manager who called someone else. 3 people could not get it done.
Nothing wrong wth the truck we finally used.
