Made appt. to have a hitch installed on a friday afternoon and then received a call from a woman who informed me that the installer gets off work @ 1:15 on Friday's. I told her that I have an appointment at 3:45 and she said the call center doesnt know "how things work"....Its obvious that something needs to be changed in the way they do business! I cancelled and will never do business with them. Not even an apology.....
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service I literally could almost laugh if I wasn't so pissed off. The ENTIRE staff is totally unprofessional, unorganized, unfriendly, and just plain clueless. I have never experience so much stress from one company in my entire life. The manager absolutely needs to be fired 100 percent.

Confirmed online reservation. The staff told me that the none of those Vehicles were available and that I should never trust the online system. Offered no support for getting a replacement vehicle had to leave without the van.
there lucky I give them a one star. First off I had a hitch put on my wife SUV. When I go to pick it up the hardware that bolt it to the frame ain't even tight. Then they tell me that they don't have the proper wiring harness for it. Said it word be in a week ago. Still waiting for it. Been two weeks now . What a joke
